To establish an adequate immunity, all kittens need a minimum of two distemper/rhinotracheitis/calici vaccines.
Feline leukemia vaccine requires a series of two injections, spaced three to four weeks apart. If too much time passes, it is necessary to start the series over.
Recommended Initial Vaccination Age
We routinely give Strongid T (roundworm medication) to kittens, because roundworms are transmissible to people, especially young children with poor hygiene habits.

After the Kitten Series:
The distemper/rhinotracheitis/calici/rabies and the feline leukemia vaccine should be boostered once a year. An annual physical exam and fecal exam are also recommended.
Feline Leukemia Series:
Feleuk Test--not required, but a good idea, especially in multi-cat households and four weeks after a bite wound.
